Burn Ban and Fireworks Ban IN EFFECT  -Effective July 1st, 2025, a burn ban is in effect for Kittitas County.

 The ignition or discharge of any fireworks in the unincorporated county is prohibited during this ban, including July 4th. 

Still allowed: 

- BBQs including smokers, propane, briquette, and pellet appliances. 

-Propane appliances.
